This gorgeous little thing is my cousin's baby and was just six days old when I photographed her.  Mind you, she weighed 9lb 4oz when she was born so my cousins' wife deserves some kind of medal for that!  They live in a beautiful house in Northamptonshire and this is baby number four!  The eldest two were at school, but I managed to get a few shots of their little sister who is absolutely stunning and a real character.  She also looks just like her brother and sister did at that age. Have you ever seen a baby quite as cute as this before?  I love photographing newborns, but it's even better when they belong to a friend.  I had a really great shoot with this family in north London the other day, and the baby was so well behaved so we managed to get lots of different shots using all their cool furniture.  There are lots more on my Facebook page, just click here to view them.

I really like this shot below because the baby's Mummy used to do a lot of DJ-ing so these records are really special to her...plus I love the effect they give in the background.  I'm always on the look out for colour and texture during my shoots.
