Family photographer, child photographer, baby photographer, north London photographer

I’m a baby, child and family photographer based in Muswell Hill, North London and I love what I do. Anyone who knows me will tell you how much I adore children and I hope that shows in the photographs that I’ve taken. My photography sessions are all taken using flattering natural light and take place in your own home or on location such as a local park or woodland. There’s more information about me and examples of my work on this site, just use the navigation tabs above or click HERE to go directly to my gallery pages.

I've been lucky enough to work with some amazing clients and meet THE most gorgeous little babies and children along the way. Please take a look at my 'what people say' page for some lovely testimonials.

If you like what you see and would like to make a booking, or have any further questions please get in touch. I look forward to meeting you and your family.

I think the first thing I need to say is that I LOVE being a photographer. It's quite literally my dream job and is something that I fell in love with at the tender age of ten, when my Dad let me take his expensive compact camera away on a school trip! But unfortunately dreams can take a while to come true and I started my working life as a publicist for TV and radio shows including the Chris Evans Breakfast Show on Virgin Radio, TFI Friday and The Big Breakfast. In 2000 I moved to Capital Radio before becoming the Head of Press for new music station Xfm.

Working as a publicist means working closely with photographers, and this was the area of my job that I loved. My passion for photography also meant that I was on hand to take my own pictures as and when needed for publicity purposes. As such my photos have appeared in publications including Heat magazine, OK!, The Independent and The Sun newspaper. You would also find me in the photographers pit at our many live gigs shooting the likes of Kasabian, The Scissor Sisters and Supergrass.

Whilst at Capital Radio I enrolled in a photography course at the City of Westminster College, where I gained a distinction for my final project. But it was only after the birth of my son in 2007 that I started to consider photography as a career. When my maternity leave came to an end, I decided to follow my dream and I haven’t regretted a single day.

My true passion has always been portrait photography and, in particular, kids. I love their lack of inhibitions, their expressions and spontaneity. As a mum to a gorgeous little boy I know how quickly these early years slip through your fingers and this is why when I’m with him I’m rarely without my camera. A photograph will last a lifetime and become a permanent reminder of how wonderful and innocent these early years really are.
