This is my most recent business portrait for the lovely Lisa Marley from The Cocoa Box who runs workshops in chocolate making and cupcake decorating!  Yum!  The shoot went really well and we got a lovely set of shots and had fun with a few baking based props, some of which I will post on my Facebook page later.  Lisa is also based in Muswell Hill, North London and because my kitchen is white and bright we decided to do the photography session there, so it really couldn't have been easier.

Here's one more from my family photography mini-sessions over the summer.  The photo shoots took place in The Grove which is part of Alexandra Park in Muswell Hill, North London.  It really is a lovely location for photography, especially when the sun shines (Muswell Hill is a great place for photography sessions, I feel very lucky to live here).  I met some lovely families that weekend, and this was one of them.  And just look at their gorgeous little girl!  She was a sweetheart to photograph and gave me some great expressions.  My mini-sessions were 20 minutes which may not sound very long but with little ones like this you can get a lovely variety of shots as they're always darting about doing different things.  I will be heading back to The Grove next week for another family photography session, I just hope the weather doesn't let us down!

I last photographed this little boy when he was a few weeks old and he's just as adorable as he was then!  This shoot was one of my North London photography mini sessions that I did in August, and thankfully the sun was shining, even though the forecast said otherwise. I hadn't done a mini session before so I wasn't sure how they would all go, but I needn't have worried as everything went to plan.  The families that I worked with were amazing, and our 20 minute photography session was just the right amount of time to get a lovely variety of shots.  I was very lucky to have some very happy little people to work with that weekend so the shoots flowed really well.  I'll definitely consider doing more mini-sessions next year.
